The NNLC is a great opportunity for employers who wish to enhance their employees’ basic academic and work skills. This can increase employer profitability through our cost-effective training the following areas:

NNLC can customize an instructional program to best fit your workplace needs. Through a Workplace Inventory, we can identify specific academic skills or workplace skills that you require. We can then design a curriculum fitted to those needs and conduct classes on site at a fee-for-service rate.
NNLC can provide an instructor on site. NNLC staff is available to meet to help you identify your employee needs and develop a curriculum to address your specific workplace skills and needs.

Workplace Skills

The Workplace Skills program is designed to increase the workplace skills and/or basic academic skills for employees. These programs can be conducted on your worksite or at our learning center.
